How long are photos kept?

It depends on your plan — and the storage period always starts from your event, not from purchase. Free: 30 days. Basic: 6 months. Pro & Max: a full year.

Is it only for weddings?

Not at all! Birthdays, company events, parties, reunions — any gathering where guests have phones and love a bit of friendly competition.

Is the Showwall included in every plan?

Yes! The Showwall is available in every plan — including the free one. Just connect a projector or large screen and display all event photos live as a slideshow.

How do my guests join the event?

Via your invite link or the QR code. We create both automatically — copy the link and send it, or export the QR code and place it on invitations, table cards or a poster. Your guest scans or taps and is instantly in.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. So everyone can join in, everything runs right in the smartphone browser. Scan the QR code or tap the link — done. No installation, no account, no password.

My event isn't until next year — is it worth buying now?

Absolutely. Set everything up in advance at your leisure and print the QR code straight onto your invitations, for example. Important: the storage period only starts from your event — so you don't lose a single day, no matter how early you book.

Who can access the photos?

All guests who have joined your event see the shared photos — your private photo cloud for this one celebration. No one from outside has access.

Is the price a one-time price?

Yes, one-time per event — no subscriptions, no hidden costs. After the storage period ends (which starts from your event) the event is closed.

Yes, of course — you and your guests can upload photos directly to the event any time, even without a task. But we believe the loveliest and most creative moments come from the photo tasks — with us, the fun of it comes first.

How do you handle data protection?

Data protection matters a lot to us. As an Austrian company we are fully subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your photos are stored encrypted on servers in Germany (Frankfurt) — both in transit and at rest.
